Transport Assessments (TAs)

Most developments will generate some level of transport impact. For those expected to create significant movements or changes to existing travel patterns, a Transport Assessment will be required in the submission of a planning application.

A TA provides essential information to evaluate whether a proposed development is suitable in terms of transport movements and its impact on the surrounding road networks.

At TEPL, we work closely with transport consultants and local highway authorities and prepare and provide the necessary information required for a comprehensive TA for proposed developments.
